Avand in vedere dispozitiile art. 326 Cod Penal privind Falsul in declaratii în calitate de participant la competitia „SUPărarea Tarniței 2025”, declar pe proprie raspundere urmatoarele:
Am fost imputernicit de persoanele care compun aceasta stafeta sa fac aceasta inscriere si sa fac urmatoarele afirmatii in numele acestora si ma oblig sa le comunic aceasta declaratie imediat dupa inscriere.
1. Confirm ca sunt apt(a) din puncte de vedere fizic, psihic si medical, sa particip la competitia sportiva „SUPărarea Tarniței 2025”, (denumita in continuare „Competitia”) si ca nu voi emite nici o pretentie fata de organizatori si colaboratorii acestora (incluzand, dar fara a se limita la angajati, sponsori, autoritati publice, voluntari s.a.) pentru eventualele accidentari, imbolnaviri sau orice alte probleme medicale care ar putea aparea pe parcursul desfasurarii competitiei sau ca urmare a participarii la competitie. De asemenea, ma oblig sa repar integral prejudiciile aduse organizatorilor si colaboratorilor acestora ca urmare a nerespectarii prezentei declaratii.
2. Am luat cunostinta despre toate aspectele legate de participarea efectiva la competitie si de riscurile care pot interveni, din „Regulamentul SUPărarea Tarniței 2025” publicat pe site-ul internet https://www.club-orca.ro/, precum si in mod direct de la reprezentantii Asociatiei de inot “Clubul ORCA”.
3. Exonerez organizatorii precum si colaboratorii acestora (incluzand, dar fara a se limita la angajati, sponsori, autoritati publice, voluntari s.a.) de orice raspundere in legatura cu orice pretentii as putea avea, de orice natura pentru eventuale furturi/pierderi ale bunurilor proprii care ar putea fi comise pe parcursul desfasurarii competitiei.
4. Inteleg ca pot surveni accidente in legatura cu, dar fara a se limita la conduita altor participanti, de utilizarea necorespunzatoare a echipamentelor sau incalcarea regulamentului de catre alti participanti si ca, in conformitate cu prevederile art. 1350 Cod Civil, organizatorii si colaboratorii acestuia nu raspund pentru eventualele prejudicii suferite in situatiile anterior descrise.
5. Sunt de acord sa primesc tratament medical care poate fi considerat oportun in caz de vatamare, accident sau boala in timpul evenimentului.
6. Declar pe proprie raspundere ca stiu sa inot si ca sunt apt din toate punctele de vedere pentru parcurgerea inot a traseului marcat de organizatori si evidentiat pe site-ul de mai sus.
7. Sunt de acord ca organizatorii sa foloseasca fotografiile sau inregistrarile video realizate pe parcursul organizarii sau desfasurarii competitiei si care contin imaginea mea, in scopul promovarii competitiei.
